1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the affiliate relationship between LBH Skincare, LLC/LBH ("Company") and you ("Affiliate"). By enrolling in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility Affiliates must apply for participation and receive approval from the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Obligations Affiliates agree to promote the Company's products in an ethical manner consistent with industry best practices. Affiliates must:

Clearly identify themselves as affiliates when promoting LBH products.

Not engage in misleading advertising practices.

Adhere strictly to any branding guidelines provided by the Company.
4. Commission and Payment

Affiliates will earn commissions based on sales generated through unique affiliate links.

Commission rates are outlined separately in the Affiliate Portal and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Payments will be processed monthly via the method selected by the Affiliate.
5. Prohibited Activities Affiliates are expressly prohibited from:

Spamming or using unsolicited email promotions.

Misrepresenting LBH products or services.

Using LBH trademarks or intellectual property without prior written permission beyond provided guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property The Affiliate acknowledges that the Company retains all rights, title, and interest in LBH trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property. Affiliates may only use intellectual property strictly within the guidelines provided.
7. Confidentiality Affiliates agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the Company, including customer data, marketing strategies, commission details, and other proprietary content.
8. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by providing written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation for violation of these terms without notice.
9. Modification The Company may modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of such changes, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Liability and Indemnification Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas, Texas.
By participating in the LBH Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
